50-50 Dirty Martini
50ml OMG45%
50ml Extra dry vermouth (Dolin)
Olive brine 1-2 tsp no rules (Dirty)
Combine in a mixing glass full of ice and stir to chill and dilute
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon or 3 large olives on a cocktail stick

150 ml tonic (Burma East Imperial )
Lemon wedge (Releases more flavour)
Pour half the tonic into a copa or highball glass fill with ice to the top
Add OMG45% then pour in the rest of the tonic
Before adding the lemon wedge give it a gentle squeeze stir and indulge
Gin Gin Mule
50ml OMG45%
20 ml Fresh lime Juice
30 ml sugar syrup
8 Mint leaves
100 ml Ginger Beer ice
In a cocktail shaker muddle mint leaves, lime juice and syrup to release the essence of the herbs
Add Gin and fill shaker with ice
Shake well and strain into a Hi-ball glass filled with ice
Top up with ginger beer, stir add a sprig of mint to garnish

2-3 drops Angostura Bitters

Pour half the tonic into a copa or highball glass
Fill with ice to the top of the glass
Add OMG45% +Bitters then pour in the rest of the tonic.

Lita Grey
25ml OMG45%
25ml Sloe gin
25ml Apricot Liqueur
25ml fresh lime juice
75ml Prosecco (your choice)
Pour the gin, sloe gin, liqueur and juice into a shaker full of ice
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Top up with prosecco and garnish with an orange twist
Negroni

35ml Sweet Vermouth

Pour into a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and dilute
Strain into a tumbler full of ice and add the orange wheel to garnish
